Analysis First we examine and analyze your operations, identifying the weaknesses and obstacles affecting your company bottom line profitability. This is a thorough wall-to-wall study involving statistical, operational and behavioral aspects of the operation. At the and of the analysis we present to you the findings, the potentials for improvement converted to savings and how we would recover for losses, what our fee would be and what your return on investment would be.
Design and Development From the analysis findings, we work with your people to do a more detail study in the application of the CME Principals as proposed. We design and develop onsite Customize Systems and Training to suit the specific needs of your business.
Implementation We believe our STRENGTH is the ability to work with all levels of your Management team to ensure the new procedures and methods are developed and fully embraced by all involved during the implementation phase as the most critical aspect of our successful installations. Our goal during this phase is to provide savings at least, if not more than, Returns on your investment identified during analysis.
